Ingredients
- Small pliable poppadom - 6 Nos
- Chicken breast(washed and cut into strips) - 100 gms
- Cabbage(sliced thinly) - 1 cup
- Carrots(sliced thinly) - 1 cup
- Onion(sliced thinly) - 1 no
- French beans(sliced diagonally) - 1 cup
- Coriander leaves(a few sprigs) -
- Soya sauce light - 1 tbsp
- White Pepper - 1 tsp
- Salt(as Reqd) -
- Oil(for cooking) -

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken slices in salt, 1 tsp soy sauce soya sauce and 1/2 tsp pepper.
- Add oil in a pan and add chicken.
- Stir fry the chicken well till it is cooked. :- Do not let water come out of the chicken.
- With a spatula move the chicken to a corner of the pan. 5)Add all the vegetables and stir fry for about 1 1/2 minute( should be crisp).
- Add all the seasonings and stir with the chicken, Switch off the flame.
- Moisten the edges of the poppads with water.
- Arrange the chicken filling 1/3 from the center and roll it up.
- Moisten the edges to stick.
- Use a kitchen roll paper and roll over the poppad to hold it in shape.
- Pop it into a microwave oven and microwave on high each side for 30 seconds.
