Ingredients
- Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
- Pepper - ½ tsp
- Cinnamon - 2
- Cloves - 5
- Coconut - ½ cap
- Tomato - 1
- Onion - 1
- garlic - 5 to
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - ½ tsp
- Salt as needed -

Instructions
- Dry fry fennel seeds, cumin seeds, pepper, cinnamon and cloves
- Add little water and grind it
- Grind the coconut
- Add ginger
- To this add the tomato and fry for about 5 minutes.
- Grind the mixture and keep it aside
- In a pan add little oil and fry the chicken for about 2 minutes
- To this add the grounded mixture, salt and mix well
- Add the coriander, turmeric and chilli powder. Mix it well and cook for about 10 minutes or till the chicken is done.
- Serve hot with chapathi or rice
