Ingredients
- Chicken(small pieces) - 1 kg
- Onion(sliced) - 3 nos
- Green chillies - 2 nos
- Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tbsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1/2 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Curry leaves - 1 cup
- Coconut oil(As reqs) -
- Ginger(garlic paste - 1 tbsp) -

Instructions
- Heat oil in kadai, add curry leaves. Add chicken pieces and fry well.
- Add the fried onions, and sprinkle little water, cover and cook.
- When water is evaporated and chicken is done, add the cumin powder and pepper. Coat well.
- Chicken stir fry is ready.
