Fry the chicken pieces in it. Fry till tender and brown in color.Add onion, garlic and fry again. Add the chopped spring onions.At this stage add the beaten egg and scramble it.Can add pepper and little salt if required. Add parsley and saute.Add grated cheese and remove from flame.
