Ingredients
- Chicken(cut into normal bite size) - 500 gm
- Onions(sliced thin and long, medium) - 5 nos
- garlic(finely chopped) - 3 tbsp
- Ginger(finely chopped) - 3 tbsp
- Lime juice - 3 tbsp
- Chicken masala (Eastern preferred) -
- Turmeric powder - 2 tsp
- Ground black pepper - 2 tsp
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Green chillies - 3 nos

- In a pot, add the chicken pieces, salt, ginger, garlic, turmeric powder, lime juice, black pepper powder, chicken masala and cook till chicken is well cooked.
- :- There shouldn`t be any need to add water but add if need be.
- :- Cook on low flame. Initially when adding the ingredients in the pot, stir well all ingredients as this brings out the water in the chicken.
- In a wok, saute the onions and green chillies, till onion is light golden brown.
- Add the chicken and cook till all water has dried off.
- Garnish with lime slices and mint leaves.
