- Chickpeas(boiled) - ½ cup
- Rice - 1 cup
- Onion(chopped) - 1 no
- Garam masala - ¼ tbsp
- Cumin seeds - ½ tsp
- Bay leaf - ½ no
- Coconut milk - 1 cup
- Turmeric powder(A pinch) -
- Oil - ½ tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Soak the rice for 30 minutes and drain. Keep aside.
- Take onion, garam masala, ghee, cumin seeds, bay leaf, turmeric powder and salt in a microwave safe dish.
- Cook in microwave for 2 minutes in high mode.
- Take the pan out form the mIcrowave and add boiled chickpea and soaked rice. Mix well.
- Chickpea pulav in microwave is ready. Serve hot with raita,papad, pickle etc.
