½ cup Chickpeas (boiled)1 cup Rice1 no Onion (chopped)¼ tbsp Garam masala½ tsp Cumin seeds½ no Bay leaf1 cup Coconut milkTurmeric powder (A pinch)½ tbsp OilSalt (As reqd) Soak the rice for 30 minutes and drain. Keep aside.Take onion, garam masala, ghee, cumin seeds, bay leaf, turmeric powder and salt in a microwave safe dish.Cook in microwave for 2 minutes in high mode.Take the pan out form the mIcrowave and add boiled chickpea and soaked rice.
