Savoury chilly chicken with corn starch

  • Cut chicken into small pieces.
  • Marinate it in soy sauce for a few hrs.
  • Mix corn starch with water.
  • Dip chicken pieces in corn starch and fry them.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Fry onion, ginger-garlic paste along with small pieces of green chillies.
  • Fry, till golden brown and grind it in mixie.
  • In another frying pan, put some oil and then fry bell peppr and then pour the ground onion mixture.
  • Put 4 tbsp of soy sauce and 4 tbsp of chilli sauce.
  • Add little corn starch liquid and desired amount of water.
  • Add the chicken and boil it, until soft, on a low flame.
