Instructions
- Take the soft butter in a mixing bowl.
- Add clarified butter and sugar (brown).
- Pour in the vanilla extract and mix well.
- Beat both the eggs and add to the mixture with Yogurt.
- Add Baking soda, a pinch of salt, flour, Quaker Oats and mix well.
- Stir in the choc-chips and mix briefly and then leave the dough to chill.
- Make little dough balls, place on a lined baking sheet and press gently to flatten.
- Bake at 180ªC for 8 minutes.
