  • 2 cups Choc chips
  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1/2 cup Clarified butter
  • 3 cups Quaker oats
  • 1 tsp Baking soda
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • Salt a pinch
  • 1/2 cup Sugar brown
  • 2 tbsp Plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup Soft butter
  • 2 nos Egg


  • Take the soft butter in a mixing bowl.
  • Add clarified butter and sugar (brown).
  • Pour in the vanilla extract and mix well.
  • Beat both the eggs and add to the mixture with Yogurt.
  • Add Baking soda, a pinch of salt, flour, Quaker Oats and mix well.
  • Stir in the choc-chips and mix briefly and then leave the dough to chill.
  • Make little dough balls, place on a lined baking sheet and press gently to flatten.
  • Bake at 180ªC for 8 minutes.
