Choco Chips Ice Cream

Home made naturally made Chocolate Chip Ice Cream has its own good taste and is very delicious. Smooth chilled Ice-cream with chocolate chips increases the joy level of eating an ice-cream.

Ingredients
  

  • 400 ml Heavy cream Milk
  • 4 tbsp Custard powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp Mixed Nuts
  • 4 tsp Choco chips

Instructions
 

  • Boil heavy cream milk
  • In bowl mix custard powder and sugar and mixed nuts
  • Now add with boiling milk and stir without lumps
  • Now allow to cool for 30 minutes
  • Now Freeze for 30 minutes
  • Now remove from freezer and transfer to bowl
  • Now beat with electric beater or hand whisk to till the peak form
  • Now transfer to freezer in an air tight container
  • Now top choco chips and freeze for over night or minimum 4 hours
  • Now its ready to serve
