  • 200 g Dark chocolate pieces
  • 30 g Butter
  • 4 nos Eggs separated
  • 1 tbsp Fresh cream
  • 40 g Sugar
  • Salt A pinch


  • For preparing chocolate mousse, melt the chocolate pieces with 2 tbsp of water.
  • Remove it from the heat. Add in butter and mix well to obtain a smooth mixture.
  • Whisk the egg yolks and 20 grams sugar.
  • Add in the cream and whip again.
  • Then add in the melted chocolate and remaining sugar. Whip again.
  • In another bowl, whisk in the egg white with salt until stiff.
  • Fold in the egg whites with the chocolate and chill it. 8)Chocolate mousse is ready. Serve chilled with custard sauce.
