  • Heat about 1/4 cup of ghee in a pan or a kadai.
  • Heat milk and dissolve sugar in another vessel.
  • Add the grated churakka/bottle gourd to the ghee and fry till the color changes to light brown.
  • While frying, add milk little by little and stir.
  • Take another pan and pour the remaining ghee and fry raisins and cashews in it.
  • When the cashews become brown in color, pour this into the fried churakka.
  • :- Ghee adds more taste.
  • :- Fry churakka continuously without taking off your hand so that it gets soft.
  • Garnish with almonds and cardamoms.
