Ingredients
- Chicken : 150 gm -
- Pepper : 2 tsp -
- Vinegar : 1 tsp -
- Corn flour : 2 tsp -
- Onion – 1 no (chopped -
- Ginger(garlic paste – 2 tsp) -
- Green chillies(slit) - 3 nos
- Curry leaves(few) -
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - ½ tsp
- Cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Chilli garlic sauce - 2 tsp
For coconut fry:
- Coconut grated - 4 tbsp
- Curry leaves(few) -
- Chilli powder - ½ tsp
- Coriander powder - ½ tsp
- Salt(a pinch) -

Instructions
- Mix pepper powder, vinegar and little salt with chicken.
- Add little water and cook chicken. Water should be completed evaporated and the pepper should stick to the chicken pieces.3) Mix grated coconut, chilli powder, coriander powder and salt. Keep aside for frying.
- Now mix the cooked chicken pieces with corn flour. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces.
- Drain them and blot the excess oil in a tissue paper.5)Keep the chicken pieces aside. Meanwhile, heat a tbsp of oil in a pan.6)Add crushed garam masala, ginger-garlic paste and fry it in low flame.7)Add onion, green chillies and fry again. Add chilli powder, coriander and cumin powder.
- Add this mixture into chicken and mix well.
- Make it a dry fry.13)Coconut chicken fry is ready.
