Ingredients
- Lobsters(Konju)(cracked, small) - 4 nos
- Coconut oil - 2 tbsp
- Onions(finely sliced) - 2 nos
- Green chillies(slit lengthwise) - 6 nos
- Garlic pods(sliced into fine strips) - 3 nos
- Curry leaves - 20 nos
- Turmeric powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Salt - 1 1/2 tsp
- Coconut milk - 2 1/2 cups
- Coriander leaves (for garnishing) -

Instructions
- Heat oil in a wide pan.
- Add 10 curry leaves.
- When the onions turn translucent, add turmeric powder and salt.
- Add lobsters and simmer gently.
- Fry remaining 10 curry leaves in a separate pan.
- :- Lobsters should be cooked in 7 - 9 minutes, depending on size.
- Garnish with fried curry leaves and coriander leaves.
- :- Serve in deep dish laden with their sauce with steamed rice alongside.
