  • For preparing Colacasia Stir Fry, first cook the vegetable in some water.
  • Drain, peel and keep it aside.
  • Grind the coriander seeds and red chillies into a fine powder.
  • Sprinkle the powder over the vegetable.
  • Sprinkle asafoetida powder and salt over the vegetable.
  • Mix well and keep it aside.
  • Heat a little oil in a pan or a kadai.
  • When the mustard seeds crackle, add the vegetable and saute, until the Colacasia Stir Fry is done.
