- Carrot - 1/2 kg
- Celery - 2 springs
- Yellow grape fruit - 1 no
- Green apple - 1 no
- Pepper powder(As reqd) -
- Creamy liquid yogurts - 2 nos
- Chives(chopped) - 5 springs
- Parsley(chopped) - 2 springs
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing cold yoghurt soup, peel the grape fruit and cut into 8 pieces.
- Quarter the apple and chop the carrots and celery.
- Add chives, parsley, yogurt, carrot, celery, grape fruit, apple, salt and pepper powder in a bowl. Mix well.
- Leave it to chill in the fridge for some time.
- Cold yogurt soup is ready. Serve chilled.
