Ingredients
- Basmati rice : 2 cup -
- Beef 1 kg -
- onion 4 -
- Tomato 2 -
- Ginger : 2 inch piece -
- Garlic : 8 cloves -
- green chilly 12 number -
- Cardamom: 4 -
- cinnamon 4 pieces -
- pepper 8 -
- clove 6 -
- Bay leaves : 2 -
- Turmeric powder : 2 tsp -
- coriander powder : 2 tsp -
- slat to taste -
- capsicum 1 -
- coriander leaves 2 sprig -
- mint leaves 8 numbers -
- dry fruits as needed -
- spring onion 1 sprig -

Instructions
- Clean the beef and add salt, turmeric powder and coriander powder.
- Mix it well and keep aside for 30 minutes
- Heat the pressure cooker and add oil to it. When its hot.
- add one onion to deep fry.
- Then fry the cashew and grapes and keep it aside.
- Then in the same oil, add the masala spices.
- Add the onion, ginger, garlic and green chilly paste and sauté it well. Then add tomato and mint leaves.
- When its sauted well,
- add the beef to it.
- Mix it well and add spring onions and 1 cup water to it.
- mix it well and close the cooker wait for 5 to 6 whistles.
- When the beef gets cooked well,
- Close the pressure cooker and wait for 2 whistles.
- Check our biryani is ready or not
- Then add the fried onion and nuts to it.
- Add coriander leaves and capsicum on above it.
- Then close the cooker again for 5 minutes, no need to on the flame. its just to make the flavors of coriander leaves and capsicum to mix well with our biryani.
- Our biryani is ready to serve.

Can I use mutton in place of beef in panchakam pressure cooker beef biriyani
Yes sure you can use. But check on the time for cooking mutton in cooker. It will be less than beef.
