  • 100 g Dark chocolate melted
  • 1/2 cup Castor sugar
  • 3 nos Eggs separated
  • 1 cup Cream
  • 2 tsp Gelatin
  • Chocolate flakes As reqd


  • For preparing creamy chocolate mousse, soak the gelatin in water and heat till it melts.
  • Beat the white of eggs until stiff.
  • Then beat the egg yolks and sugar until fluffy.
  • Add the above yolk mixture and the melted gelatin to the melted dark chocolate. Mix well.
  • Then add cream and mix again.
  • Fold in the egg whites.
  • Pour this mixture into small serving bowls and refrigerate until set.
  • Creamy chocolate mousse is ready. Garnish it with chocolate flakes and cream before serving.
