- Soak china grass in half cup of water for 10 minutes
- In the mean time you must also melt the china grass in low flame by stirring it at intervals.take care that there is no granules left which is not melt
- Mix the china grass with milk mixture by stirring continuously.take it from flame after one minute.convert the mixture to a pudding bowl
- Spread the carrot over the pudding and left it cool for keeping it in refrigerator
- Serve it
