  • Make a batter with maida, egg, sugar and cardamom. (The batter must be neither too thick nor too thin i.e just thick enough to coat the dates)
  • Deseed dates and stuff each one with almond.Press firmly so that dates regain its shape.
  • Coat each date in the prepared batter .
  • Coat it in the bread crumbs
  • Heat oil and deep fry dates.(When you fry make sure that it doesn;t stick each other. Carefully drop in one after the other. Put the flame in medium.
  • Crispy dates fry is ready now...serve it hot with a cup of tea..
