Curd Chicken Restaurant Style

Tasty and spicy chicken curry

  • Clean and cut chicken into small pieces. Wash and drain well.
  • Add curd, chilly powder, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt to the chicken pieces and leave aside for 30 minutes for marination.
  • Chop onion, tomato and green chillies. Saute onion in oil until it becomes golden brown.
  • Add chopped tomato to this. When tomato and onion are cooked together, add green chillies and ginger garlic paste to the mixture.
  • Allow the mixture to be cooked until the raw smells goes. Now add the chicken pieces to the mixture.
  • Add enough water and let the chicken curry boil. Stir the ingredients. Cook in low heat.
  • When the curry is done, add coriander leaves and let it boil for 5 minutes. Serve it with chappathi .
