Ingredients
- Goat`s brain(cleaned) - 1 no
- Onions(finely cubed) - 1 cup
- Green chillies(finely chopped) - 5 nos
- Ginger(finely chopped) - 1 tsp
- garlic(finely chopped) - 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 1 tbsp
- Coconut(grated) - 1 tbsp
- Egg - 1 no
- Rice flour - 1 tbsp
- All purpose flour(Maida) - 2 tbsp
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Water - 1 cup
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- For preparing delicious brain cutlets, cook the brain in chilly powder, turmeric powder, salt and water. Mash it.
- Add in rice flour and maida. Mix it well.
- Make small balls out of it using wet hands and roll it out.
- Fry it in oil.
- Delicious brain cutlets are ready. Serve hot.
