Add wheat flour, maida flour and salt to a wide bowl and mix well. Add butter and sufficient milk and knead into a fine dough. Knead the dough for more time so that the chapatis would be more delicious and smooth.
Prepare round balls of the size of large lemon. Cover the balls with a wet cloth and leave for about half hour.
Press each ball with chapati roller applying ghee both to the roller and chappathy as per the requirement and prepare somewhat thin and round chapati. Repeat the process with other balls also and prepare all the balls into chapatis.
Add ghee from time to time to a frying pan and pan-roast all the chapatis on both sides.
