Instructions
- Heat milk with saffrons added.
- Cut the chicken into small pieces, clean them .
- To this add the crushed garlics and mix.
- Add chilly and jeera powder, mix well. Let it soak for about 10 minutes.
- In a bowl add the batter dry ingredients and mix it well.
- Add the jeera and turmeric powder and mix well with water.
- To this add the chicken and marinate for half an hour.
- Fry it in oil.
- Serve hot with any chutney / sauce.
