  • Take chicken in a vessel and squeeze lime over it.
  • Add 1/2 spoon of turmeric to it. Mix it well. Keep aside the chicken for 1/2 hour.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Make the mustard seeds, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, black pepper seeds and coriander leaves into a paste and add it to the pan. Stir it well.
  • Add tomato pieces.
  • Add the ginger and garlic paste to it. Stir this mixture well.
  • Finally add chicken to it.
  • Add salt to it.
  • Close the pan with a lid.
  • Keep it for 1/2 hour on low flame.
  • :- Make sure that there should not be any water in the mixture. It should be dry. Dry chicken masala is ready.
