Instructions
- Add the red curry paste and cook the mixture for 3 minutes. Stir the paste all the time to prevent it sticking on the bottom of the pan.
- Add the duck pieces, fish sauce and sugar to the pan. Stir well and allow it to cook on low flame.
- Continue to stir to prevent the mixture from sticking to the base of the pan.
- Duck curry with mushrooms is ready. Serve hot with rice.
