Ingredients
  

  • 2 kg Chicken 1.6 kg approx when cleaned
  • 250 gm Onion
  • 50 gm Garlic
  • 100 gm Ginger
  • 25 gm Green Chilli
  • 50 gm Mint & Corriander leaves
  • 250 gm Tomato
  • 200 gm Yogurt
  • Cream optional
  • 2 tbsp Chilli powder
  • 3 tbsp Fennel powder
  • 2 tbsp Corriander powder
  • 1 tbsp Garam masala powder
  • Mace a pinch
  • Shahjeera optional, Black jeera
  • 2 nos Lemon
  • 3 tbsp Oil

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions to golden brown.
  • Grind together the ginger, garlic, chillies, mint & corriander leaves.
  • Marinate the chicken with lemon juice,chilli powder & salt.
  • Mix fried onion,ground paste,all the spices in yogurt.
  • Mix the marinated chicken with the above and add salt as per taste.
  • Add chopped tomatoes and oil with the chicken.
  • Bake in oven @ 350 degree for 30 minutes or cook in Dum for 40-45 min in low flame.
  • :- Dum ka Murg/Murgh is ready :- Serve hot!!!
