Ingredients
- Paneer sliced - 1 cup
- Onion(chopped) - 2
- Tomato - 2 chopped
- Coriander powder - 2 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Kasthoori methi - 1 tsp
- Red chilly - 2
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Water - 1 cup
- Oil - 1 tsp

Instructions
- Add coriander powder to this and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add chopped tomatoes and stir until it becomes soft.
- Add capsicum to this and stir for a minute.
- Then add onions chilli powder and turmeric powder.Saute for 2 minutes
- Add 1 cup of water and boil for 2 minutes.
- Add paneer cubes to this and mix well.
- Boil for 2 minutes until gravy becomes thick.
- Then we have to add kasoori methi also.
- Boil for 2 minutes .Now easy kadai paneer is ready to serve.
- We can serve with roti , naan and rice.
