Easy Strawberry Ice Cream

For preparing easy strawberry ice cream, first chop the strawberries and blend with half of sugar in a blender. Immediately transfer into freezer.

Whisk egg for 3 minutes, add milk, vanilla and remaining sugar along.

While whisking, add the cream and mix well.

Add blended strawberries and whisk.

Transfer into a ice cream tray and refrigerate for 3-4 hours.

Easy strawberry ice cream is ready.
