Roasted vermicelli cooked with veggies

Ingredients
- Vermicelli(Semiya) - 100 g
- Sprouted Green Gram(cherupayar) - 1/2 cup
- Onion(finely chopped) - 1/2 cup
- Tomatoes(finely chopped) - 1/2 cup
- Cooked green peas - 1/2 cup
- Green chillies(finely chopped) - 2 nos
- Curry leaves(Few) -
- Turmeric powder(A pinch) -
- Mustard seeds(Few) -
- Split Black gram(Few, Uzhunnu parippu) -
- Split Bengal gram(Few, Kadala parippu) -
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds, uzhunnu parippu and kadala parippu. Saute until golden in color.
- Add chopped onions, green chillies and curry leaves. Fry until onion becomes transparent.
- Add chopped tomatoes and cooked green peas. Saute in low heat.
- Add turmeric powder and required salt. Pour 2 cups water and leave it to boil.
- When water starts boiling, lower the heat and add roasted vermicelli. Cook until done.
- Sprinkle sprouted cherupayar and stir gently until water has evaporated completely.
- Easy Vermicelli upma, an ideal breakfast dish is ready. Serve hot.
