Instructions
- Soak all rice and dal for 4 hour and grind and ferment for 8 to 10 hours
- In Bowl add beaten egg and fennel seed
- Add this mixture to that batter and mix well and keep aside for ten mins
- Heat Appam pan add oil and pour batter
- Spread all over and rotate well and and some more oil and close lid
- Remove slowly from pan and keep aside and do all other batter as like
