- Roasted vermicelli - 1/2 cup

Instructions
- For preparing crispy egg balls, first take a bowl and mix the chopped eggs, onion, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves, and salt to make a filling.
- Knead it slightly and make balls.
- Now flatten it on your palm and fill it with the egg-mixture and round into balls.
- Place the roasted vermicelli on a plate and roll the balls gently on it to absorb moisture.
- Deep fry in oil until golden-brown.
