4 nos Eggs (boiled)2 tsp Bengal gram flour (Kadala mavu)1 no Onion (chopped finely)1 no Egg white1 tbsp Mint leaves (Pudhina)1 tbsp Coriander leaves2 nos Green chillies (chopped finely)1/4 tsp Chilly powder1/2 tsp Pepper powderSalt (As reqd)Oil (As reqd) For preparing egg kababs, grate the hard boiled eggs finely.Take a bowl add grated eggs, bengal gram flour, onion, egg white, mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chillies, chilly powder, pepper powder, salt and a little water. Mix well and knead it into a smooth dough. Divide mixture into 10-12 equal portions.Shape each portion into elongated balls and keep it aside. It should be in the shape of a small kabab.Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Fry kababs one by one until crisp and golden brown. Garnish with onion rings.Egg kababs are ready.
