Instructions
- Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
- Add onion, ginger, garlic, green chillies and curry leaves and fry, till they become soft.
- Add turmeric powder and salt.
- When it starts boiling, break the eggs into it one by one and cover it with a lid to set.
- Simmer for 2 - 3 mins.

Dhanya, don`t mix the eggs with the masala….just break it in, cover, and wait for a few minutes for it to set…Its a gr8 recipe.

hi, this one seems to be good..though i am yet to try it. but, one doubt…should we mix the egg with the masala after pouring it or should we keep it like a bull`s eye?please clarify.
