- Egg - 5 nos
- Onion - 1 no
- Tomato - 1 no
- Green chilly - 4 nos
- garlic - 4 cloves
- Pepper powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
- Curry leaves(few) -
- Coconut oil - 2 tbsp
- Coconut milk 1 st - 1 cup
- Coconut milk 2 nd - 1 1/2 cup

- For preparing Egg Molly, first steam cook the eggs in idli mould by adding pepper powder and salt to taste.
- Heat oil in a pan and add chopped ginger and garlic, saute for few seconds and add chopped onion and green chillies.
- When the onion turns light brown in colour add turmeric powder, salt and thin coconut milk. Cover and cook for 4-5 minutes in medium flame.
- Add tomatoes and pepper powder.
- Egg Molly is ready now.
