- Ajwain / Carom seeds: ½ tsp -
- Besan : ¾ cup -
- Soda powder : a pinch -
- Water : for mix -
- Oil to deep fry -

Instructions
- Remove the egg shells and grate well.
- Mix spring onion, green chilli, salt, carom seeds, soda powder, besan with little water, in a bowl.

- Deep fry in both sides of the patties.
- Remove in a plate and serve with your favorite chutney.
