Ingredients
- Egg(cut into half and remove yolk, hard boiled) - 2 nos
- Potato(boiled and mashed) - 1 no
- All purpose flour(Maida) - 1/2 cup
- Egg white(beaten) - 1 no
- Bread slices - 5 pieces
- Onion(chopped) - 1/2 cup
- Green chilly(chopped) - 1/2 tsp
- Ginger(chopped) - 1/2 tsp
- Red chilly powder(A pinch) -
- Turmeric powder(A pinch) -
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Coriander powder(chopped) - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - 1 sprig
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Add garam masala, red chilly powder, green chilly, curry leaves, coriander leaves, turmeric powder and required salt. Fry well.
- Now add mashed potato and yolk and combine well. Allow to cool.
- Make a batter(not so thick) by adding water into the maida flour.
- Dip the egg in flour batter.
- Deep fry the coated eggs in hot oil till golden brown and crispy.
