- Sugar : 1 ½ cup -
- Butter (salted) : 100 gm -
- Egg : 5 nos -
- Milk : ¾ Cup -
- Strawberry Essence : 13 - 15 drops
- Cherry : 100 gm -
- Icing sugar : 2 tsp -

- Icing sugar : ½ cup -

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix well the flour together with baking powder. Keep aside.
- Take the butter, sliced into pieces. Add sugar to this and mix well using a whisk.

- Add the eggs, one at a time.Making sure each egg is perfectly incorporated before you add another.

- Add strawberry syrup.

- Pour into a deep pan and cook for about 35 - 40 minutes until a nice aroma comes out. cook the other side for 5 minutes.

- Cut the cake into 2 equal parts as shown.

- In a bowl, take 2 tsp whipping powder, add 1 tsp water and whisk for 2 - 3 minutes. Add grated cherries to it. Whisk again.

- Spread this in between the cakes.
- Enter Step
- In a bowl, take ½ cup whipping powder, and make the whipping cream with same steps, without adding cherries. Spread them over the cake.
- Refrigerate and use.
