Ingredients
- Fenugreek leaves(chopped, Uluva ela) - 100 g
- Potatoes(peeled, sliced and cooked) - 2 nos
- Onion(sliced) - 1 no
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Coconut milk - 1 cup
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Add chilly powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder and salt. Fry well.
- Toss in the fenugreek leaves and potatoes. Mix well.
- Fenugreek leaf stew is ready. Serve hot with chapatti.
