Fenugreek Thepla Rotis made with wheat flour and fenugreek(methi/uluva) leaves 150 gm Wheat flour1 tbsp Gram flour (Kadalapodi)1/2 cup Fenugreek leaves (finely chopped, Uluva)2 nos Green chilliesSalt (As reqd)1/4 tsp Thymol seeds (Ajwain/Vaum)1/4 tsp Turmeric powder1 tbsp CurdOil for frying Mix together all the ingredients except for oil for frying.Add water little by little and knead them well to make a little hard dough.:- It should not be very hard.Roll them out into chappathis.Fry on griddle, on a low fire, till little brown.Apply oil on both sides and remove from fire, when they become slightly brown on both sides.
