Fish curry cooked in ground tomato and shallot paste

Ingredients
- Any Fleshy fish - 250 g
- Tomato(small) - 2 nos
- Shallots(Kunjulli) - 1/2 cup
- Dry red chillies(crushed) - 5 nos
- garlic(crushed) - 5 cloves
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Tomato sauce - 1/2 tbsp
- All purpose flour(Maida) - 1/2 tsp
- Water - 1/4 cup
- Coriander leaves(chopped) -
- Oil(As reqd) -
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Grind the shallots and tomato pulp in a mixer. Keep this aside.
- Take a pan and heat oil. Stir in maida flour and fry in low heat. Add crushed garlic and crushed red chillies. Saute in low heat.
- Add turmeric powder and required salt. Add ground tomato shallot paste and saute well till oil accumulates on top.
- Pour 1/4 cup water and add fish pieces. Cover with a lid and cook in low heat until done.
- When the fish pieces are cooked, add tomato sauce and pepper powder. Mix and boil for a few seconds.
- Fish curry with tomato is ready. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot.
