1/2 kg Boneless fishGinger (garlic paste - 2 tsp)Salt (As reqd)1 tsp Pepper powder2 nos Green chillies (chopped)2 nos Egg1/2 cup Bread crumbsOil Cook fish by adding salt and little pepper powder. Mash it by adding ginger-garlic paste, pepper powder and chopped green chillies. Mix well to make a nice dough. Make small lemon sized ball from the dough and give a finger shape to each one of them. Roll them in beaten egg and bread crumbs and deep fry in oil.:- Serve hot with ketchup. Kerala
