Fish baked with eggs and basil leaves

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 170c.
- Peel the tomatoes, remove the seeds and cut into small pieces.
- Mince the garlic and basil leaves.
- Cut fish fillets into small pieces. Add fish to beaten eggs and tomato mix.
- Season with Basil, salt and pepper. Then mix.
- Transfer to a greased loaf pan and bake at 170 degrees C for 30-40 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. ß Tips:- 1)Serve with homemade mayonnaise or tomato puree.
