Ingredients
- Minced fish(boneless ) - 1/2 kg
- Onion - 2 nos
- Tomato - 3 nos
- Green chilly - 5-6 nos
- Chilly powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1 tsp
- garlic(chopped) - 10 cloves
- Ginger(chopped) - 1 piece
- Ghee - 4 tbsp
- Salt(As reqd) -
- Wheat flour - 1/2 kg
- Coriander leaves - 2-3 tbsp

Instructions
- Add salt, garam masala, chilly powder to it and fry again.
- Then add tomato pieces, green chillies and fry till the ghee clears.
- Add onion, coriander leaves to it and fry well. Let it cool. 5)Mix wheat flour with salt, ghee (as required), water and knead well as for chappathi.
- Take a small sized ball out of the dough and press this ball by hand to make a small circle. Repeat procedure with entire dough.
- Spread the fillings on the circles and place another circle on top of the filling and stick the ends well. Roll on the paratha lightly using a chappathi roller.
- Heat 2 tbsp of ghee in frying pan and shallow fry the parathas on both sides.
- Serve hot.
