Fish Salad Healthy fish salad For marinating:1 kg Hammour fish5 tsp Lemon juiceSalt (As reqd)For salad:1 no Red capsicum (Red pepper)1/4 cup Celery stick (chopped)1/4 cup Dhill leaves (chopped)1/4 cup Spring onion (chopped)1/4 cup Lemon1/2 cup Olive oilSalt (As reqd)1/4 cup Oil Mix together lemon juice and salt.Marinate the fish with the above for 1 hour.Heat 1/4 cup of oil in a frying pan.Fry the marinated fish in it.:- You can also grill the fish to avoid oil.Cut it into small pieces by removing its` bones.Boil red pepper in water.Remove it`s skin and chop it very finely. Allow it to cool.Add the other ingredients and mix well.Add the above pieces of fish to this mixture and mix well.:- This is a very healthy recipe, if you grill the fish instead of frying in oil.
