- Fish 1/2 kg -
- Curd 3 tsp -
- Ginger garlic paste : 1 tsp -
- Red Chilli Powder : 2 tsp -
- Garam Masala : 1 tsp -
- Tandoori masala 1 tsp -
- Salt as needed -
- Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp -
- Red chilli paste 1 tsp -
- Lemon juice : 1 tsp -
- Kasturi methi 1 tsp -
- Oil : 4 tsp -
- Maida : 1 tsp -
- Rice flour : 2 tsp -
- Corn flour : 3 tsp -

Instructions
- In bowl add all ingredients expect red chili paste and corn flour.
- Now add red chili paste and corn flour
- Add oil and marinate fish for two hours
- In tawa add 3 tblsp oil and fry the fish and turn on other side.
- In any type of grill place the fish and directly fry in stove and cook for 1/2 minute one side and other.
- Now its ready to serve Fish Tandoori
