180 g Sole fillet (chopped)180 g Salmon fillet (chopped)2 springs Dill (chopped)3 springs Chervil (chopped)1 no Egg yolk1 no Lime1/2 tsp Soya saucePepper powder (As reqd)Saffron (A pinch)6 tbsp Olive oilSalt (As reqd) For preparing fish tartare, squeeze the juice of the lime and keep it aside.Refrigerate the chopped fillet`s for some time.Beat egg yolk, salt and pepper in a bowl.Add olive oil drop by drop in the egg mixture and whip the sauce.Then add lime juice while whipping.Pour in soya sauce and saffron and hip it again for 5 seconds.Mix in the refrigerated sole fillet and salmon fillet with dill and chervil.
