Ingredients
  

  • 180 g Sole fillet chopped
  • 180 g Salmon fillet chopped
  • 2 springs Dill chopped
  • 3 springs Chervil chopped
  • 1 no Egg yolk
  • 1 no Lime
  • 1/2 tsp Soya sauce
  • Pepper powder As reqd
  • Saffron A pinch
  • 6 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing fish tartare, squeeze the juice of the lime and keep it aside.
  • Refrigerate the chopped fillet`s for some time.
  • Beat egg yolk, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  • Add olive oil drop by drop in the egg mixture and whip the sauce.
  • Then add lime juice while whipping.
  • Pour in soya sauce and saffron and hip it again for 5 seconds.
  • Mix in the refrigerated sole fillet and salmon fillet with dill and chervil.
  • Garnish with pepper powder.
  • Fish tartare is ready. Serve chilled with salad.
