Ingredients
- Chappathi - 4 nos
- Carrot - 1 no
- Onion(big) - 1 no
- Cucumber - 1/4 th
- Capsicum(little bit) -
- Cabbage(little bit) -
- Green chillies - 3 nos
- Coriander leaves(Few) -
- Tomato - 2 nos
- Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
- Tomato sauce - 2 tsp
- Mustard sauce - 1 tsp
- Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
- Make 4 big chappathi`s(the diameter will be 1.5 times of a normal chapathi).
- All the vegetables should be cut very thinly including onion.
- Mix the vegetables with pepper powder, tomato sauce, mustard sauce and salt.
- Divide the above mix into 4 different parts, each one for each chappathy.
- Place one portion vegetable mix in the centre of the chappathy and fold from the side. Repeat with remaing chappathis. Serve and enjoy.
