- Fish small cubes - 500 gm
- Salt(as taste) -
- Curd - 1/2 cup
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- White Pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice - 1/2
- Maida - 1 tblsp
- Corn flour - 3 tblsp
- Rice flour - 1 tblsp
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Corn Flakes - 1/4 cup
- Red chilli flakes - 1 tsp
- Oil(for fryng) -

- In a bowl add curd, salt, red chilli powder, white pepper, Lemon juice, red chilli flakes
- Now add fish and marinate for 1 hour
- In bowl add some maida , corn flour and water mix like batter.
- Semi grind the corn flake and keep aside
- Now take the fish one by one dip with maida and corn flour batter
- mix with corn flakes
- Boil the oil and put the fish one by one and deep fry it. Serve hot with sauce
