Instructions
- For preparing fried kulchas, first add required salt to the maida flour and sift well.
- Gradually stir in flour into the mashed potato in small quantities and blend well with your hand.
- Do not add water to the dough.
- Wet your hand with little warm water and knead the dough until smooth.
- Make medium sized balls with the entire dough and roll out each ball into thick round shapes.
- Heat sufficient ghee in a frying pan and fry the kulcha to a golden brown color.
- Fried kulchas are ready. Serve hot and enjoy.
