  • Mix together maida, corn flour, egg, baking powder, pepper powder, celery salt and little water to make a paste.
  • The batter consistency should be thick.
  • Dip each squid ring in the batter and deep fry in hot oil till golden in color.
  • Fried squid rings are ready and serve hot.
  • Tips: 1)Do not over fry the squid rings since they tend to become hard.
